Premier Financial Solutions was founded by Mark Shepard in 2012 as a result of the everchanging market conditions. PFS was born when it was decided a time for change and a new challenge was apparent.

Mark has been active in the collection industry since 1972 and provides pinpoint leadership and direction to maximize the returns to our clients. He was with his previous company from its inception and was responsible for the marketing and worked to grow the company into a very successful and highly respected business in central California.

We have experience in a wide variety of fields including numerous medical institutions and utility companies. Brandon Lee, our Manager, has been with the company since the beginning in 2012. Brandon has experience at all levels of the business. He keeps everything running smoothly and you can rest assured that your accounts are being handled as agreed. 

Susan Ward Tarner recently accepted a position with Premier Financial Solutions to deliver our services to companies desiring to improve their cash flow related to marginal and bad debt accounts.

Susan has over 25 years of direct Accounts Receivable Management experience extensively in the oil and gas industry working for Heritage Propane and AmeriGas Propane as Corporate and Western Regional Credit and Collection Manager. Susan’s results driven approach insured consistently low Average Daily Sales figures for both companies. Susan’s experience has given her expertise in areas such as Student Loan servicing, leading key projects in Unclaimed Property and Purchasing card programs, Disaster Recovery plans and Treasury services. Past collaboration with innovated software provider Credentrust helped her create a proprietary automated software program for credit application processing, which helped reduce staff, workloads and increased her company’s decision capabilities for increased revenue. Susan has a BA in Art History from Georgia Southern University and continues to expand her knowledge and training in the area of Accounts Receivable Management, currently using her skill sets in the banking industry as the Assistant Vice President of Loss Mitigation. Susan also enjoys spending time with her family in the Montana outdoors and finds time to share her love for cooking on her own Public Television cooking show.
